Mr. Alberigi has served as a Vocational Case Manager in the Worker's Compensation since 1993 in Pennsylvania. He has been retained by several Case Management Companies.

 He also makes his services available to attorneys representing their clients. In doing so, we have experience in a peer review of a Labor Market Survey/ Earning Power Assessment which was performed by a vocational case manager retained by a Worker's Compensation Insurer. This review can provide critical information to claimant's counsel in analyzing the Labor Market Survey/ Earning Power Assessment.

Specific services performed include: vocational assessment; skills assessment; labor market survey/ earning power assessment; job analysis; job placement; testimony.

Mr. Alberigi has been designated by the Pennsylvainia Bureau of Labor & Industry as qualified to perform Labor Market Surveys/ Earning Power Assessment used in Act 57 claims.

Mr. Alberigi has also handled Worker's Compensation Cases in New Jersey, New York and Florida.
