Job Analysis

Job Analysis are functional evaluations of jobs and are critical to Vocational Assessments.

Our service includes client interviews, analyze the physical capacity necessary to perform job responsibilities, assess skill levels for purposes of transferable skills analysis, consider job alterations when a worker needs job accomodation.

We consult with employers and employees involved in the performance of job duties, can videotape and analyze all areas within the job description, document critical worker functions, and the work environment.

An accurate job analysis can assist an injured worker in being able to return to work, possibly within employer furnished accomadation, if temporarily necessary. A return to work can also be beneficial to employers and insurance carriers.
