While serving on the Board of Directors of PARP in 2014, Mr. Alberigi co- authored an article concerning changes made to the Pennsylvania Worker'S Compensation Act affecting how Labor Market Surveys/ Earning Power Assessments are performed by Vocational Case Managers. Mr. Alberigi authored an article published in the Spring, 2014 issue of the PARP, the Pa. Association of Rehabilitation Professionals concerning a State Supreme Court decision regarding a change in Act 57. This change affected vocational case manager's practice. It requires vocational case managers to notify claimants of the availability of jobs to be used in a Labor Market Survey, as they are available, in order that a claimant wishes to apply for a job to be cited in the Labor Market Survey.
